Bearhug is a retailer, not a factory. Our products are made by manufacturers we buy from directly, and we are responsible for everything we put in the catalogue. Every piece in the catalogue is chosen by our own team.
Buying direct rather than through distributors is what keeps the price sensible — no import agent and no wholesaler margin between the production line and your order. That is how we deliver premium quality without the premium markup, to customers in more than 40 countries.
It also means there is no one to hide behind. If something is wrong with an order, it is ours to fix, and we do.
