Lead times run from written approval of the sample. Large or complex programmes are quoted individually.
Process
Brief to delivery in five steps
Brief
Tell us category, quantity, target price and market. We come back with feasibility and an indicative quote, usually within two business days.
Sample
We produce a physical sample in 5–7 business days and ship it to you for assessment.
Approval
You approve, or you send revisions. Nothing enters production until the specification is signed off in writing.
Production
14–21 business days on our own line, with batch-level inspection records you can request at any point.
Ship
Packed to your specification and dispatched worldwide, with discreet outer packaging as standard.
One point of contact throughout
You deal with the same person from brief to delivery, and that person can walk to the production line and look at your order.
Why brands move to us
No broker in the middle.
Most “manufacturers” in this category are trading companies. They quote you a price, then find a factory. When something goes wrong, they are negotiating on your behalf with someone you have never met.
We are the factory. The quote comes from the people who will build it, the lead time comes from our own schedule, and a problem is solved on the floor rather than over email between three companies.
